Sales Executive

One of the leading fastener distribution companies in Jamaica is seeking high performance sales executives to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while driving top line growth and maximizing profitability. The incumbent will be responsible for servicing the county of Middlesex – Manchester, Clarendon, St. Catherine, St. Ann, St. Mary.
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers. This includes the sales process from order receival to collection.
  • Develop new business from existing customers by increasing product per customer ratio
  • Grow existing customer base within assigned territory by actively seeking new clients.
  • Provide management with timely feedback on customer performance
  • Update on new opportunities, market trends and the competition
  • This includes the sales process from order receival to collection 
  • Update company CRM, and provide regular sales report
Requirements:

Ideally, we are looking for someone who:
 
  • Is highly motivated and target driven.
  • Has a BSc in Management or Business Administration with emphasis on sales & marketing.
  • Has the gravitas to grasp the management team's growth agenda and implement same in the field.
  • Has experience in working with retail and other businesses.
  • Can relate to people at all levels and is able to build report with persons within an organization from the ownership level to line staff.
  • Has a reliable motor vehicle.
  • Resides in the region they are being assigned to (whilst ideal is not absolutely necessary).
  • The role requires someone with a demonstrable track record of successfully growing sales in their region year on year.
