Outbound Sales Representative Job Scope: This position is responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound communication channels, primarily telephone outreach. The role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and successfully closing sales to contribute to the organization's revenue goals. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Identifying customer needs and communicating the client's value proposition.
Successfully convert leads into sales.
Utilize CRM and data entry systems.
Utilize, maintain, and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
Educate customers on all products, services, and packages, along with competitors' offerings.
Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products
Take initiative & ownership of all issues and concerns in an interactive and friendly manner
Ensure policies and procedures are followed on all calls
Attend Team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
Be engaged, professional, and receptive in both written and visual communications with the client (This includes using cameras and mics when on calls, where possible)
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on active listening
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as required.
Strong outbound calling and selling skills, with the ability to manage objections and close sales effectively.
Manage high-profile and sensitive contacts with confidentiality
Strong sales background or sales aptitude
Familiar with multiple ticketing systems
At least 6-12 months of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or related sales experience.
Previous industry experience and product knowledge are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must successfully pass a background check
