Configuration Engineer – HyperSense RA/FM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Configuration/Implementation Engineer with experience in Telecom Revenue Assurance (RA) and Fraud Management (FM). The ideal candidate must have strong SQL skills, Unix and shell scripting knowledge, and hands-on experience in RA/FM products implementation and testing. This role involves data analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate system setup and optimal performance. CI/CD knowledge is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain RA/FM applications on HyperSense, ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements.
Analyze, process, and validate large datasets using SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and optimize Unix shell scripts for automation and data processing.
Perform end-to-end functional testing, data validation, and issue debugging to ensure system integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Assist in deploying configuration updates and monitoring system performance.
Stay up-to-date with Telecom RA/FM trends and best practices to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in Telecom RA/FM Implementations, SQL development, and testing.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Exposure to ETL processes and Kubernetes is a plus.
