Snr Sales Executive

On behalf of our esteemed client, an established multinational software company, is seeking an energetic, aggressive self-starter to join their team as a Snr Sales Executive.

Scope of Job
This is a field-based position focused on managing outbound phone, email and in-person contact with existing and prospective clients within Jamaica. The successful candidate must reside in Kingston or surrounding areas.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Identify and attend relevant trade shows and engage with industry associations.
  • Generate and qualify new leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing contacts through phone calls, in-person visits, networking, and industry events to expand our solutions' reach, drive new business, and secure contract renewals.
  • Master and lead all pre-sale processes.
  • Conduct remote and in-person presentations and demonstrations.
  • Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.
  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures of the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving/exceeding revenue expectations, preferably in B2B software/technology sales or senior sales roles in Food & Beverage companies.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid and active driver’s license.
