Security Executive

The Security Executive will be responsible for operating the client's access control and CCTV systems in accordance with established SOP to ensure security program delivers internal controls designed to mitigate breaches, including but not limited to physical security, information security, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Be knowledgeable of SOP for third party security guards and always ensures compliance by security guard whilst on duty.
  • Conduct daily E-Security check to ensure operation as per policy
  • The Security Executive is to ensure that the Front Desk Guard follow SOP for admittance.
  • Create ID and provision access pass in accordance with request from recruiting/onboarding.
  • The Security Executive shall generate Operator’s Report from the access control system and complete daily reconciliation of all access modification daily.
  • Complete end of shift procedure by deactivating any temporary badges returned by employee at the end of their shift.
  • Act as a first responder in emergency situations.
  • Respond to alarms as per SOP
  • Complete incident reports

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer Literate
  • Clear communication in English (written and verbal)
  • Prior Security experience at a supervisory level is an asset
  • Background check, inclusive of criminal records check by the Jamaica Constabulary’s Criminal Records Office.
