Sales Representative

Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated region. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new customers. The successful candidate will be a motivated and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the products or services they are selling.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company;
  • Territory Management: Develop a comprehensive territory sales plan that includes identifying key accounts, potential customers, and growth opportunities;
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services;
  • New Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers within the region through market research, prospecting, and cold calling;
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers;
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects;
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close sales deals with customers;
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager or Director;
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions within the region;
  • Travel: Travel within the designated region to meet clients and attend meetings as required. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required);
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
