B2B Sales Generator - JA

Service Summary:
The Consultant will support our company's B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with prospects and business leaders/decision-makers. The Consultant will actively focus on lead generation for both local and international clients, playing a pivotal role in setting up conversations and appointments. The incumbent must possess the ability to proactively source and prequalify leads from internet-based sources to build the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth. The may also require occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and pursue potential B2B clients.
  2. Actively search and identify potential leads through online channels, including but not limited to social media, industry-specific websites, forums, and databases, to build a robust database of prospects.
  3. Conduct cold calling activities to reach out to prospects and introduce our services and solutions.
  4. Evaluate and prequalify leads against established criteria, ensuring they meet the company's ideal customer profile (ICP) and are genuinely interested in our service.
  5. Actively build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in our company's offerings.
  6. Initiate and manage the process of setting up appointments for the internal sales team, ensuring a seamless handover for closing the deals.
  7. Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies with the overall sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  8. Regularly update and maintain an internal database with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall progress to the management team.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of an associate degree in a relevant field is required.
  2. At least 2 years proven experience in US-based B2B sales, lead generation, and appointment setting, preferably within the services sector.
  3. Demonstrated success in effectively utilizing cold-calling techniques and other lead-generation strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and business leaders.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and leads simultaneously.
  6. Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
