Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive
, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to attract and retain key US-based clients
for our business. You will work as an Independent Contractor
and paid by commission only
. Your role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying, targeting, and nurturing relationships with potential clients, leveraging your persuasive skills to convince and sign them on as valued clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, contribute to our business development, and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media;
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, introduce our HR consulting services, and educate them on how our solutions can address their specific needs;
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges and goals of prospective clients and tailor our HR consulting services to meet their requirements. Develop customized proposals and presentations;
- Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients. Secure signed agreements to convert leads into paying clients;
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and serving as the primary point of contact;
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to provide insights that can drive business growth and development of new services;
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager;
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- At least two (2) years of proven experience in B2B sales in the US, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients;
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, or Business Administration or equivalent combination of experience and education;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills;
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently;
- Familiarity with HR consulting or related services is a plus;
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Will be responsible for providing own equipment for work.
