Billing Support Specialist

The Billing Support team assists BuildASign’s Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service teams with order related services. This role is dedicated to providing prompt and professional services for BuildASign’s internal teams.

Principal Duties:
  • Release orders for customers on terms
  • Release orders for customers that aren’t on terms as payments are received
  • Process customer refunds 
  • Review & respond to chargebacks
  • Research outstanding customer orders
  • Assist with payment inquiries
  • Additional accounting tasks as assigned

  • Professional communication skills and positive attitude while working independently and with others
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and navigate new and changing processes
  • Internet and computer savvy
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ year of experience/proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Demonstrated professionalism and service-focused mindset
