Marketing and Sales Officer

As the Marketing and Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop marketing strategies, implement marketing plans, develop sales strategies, maintain customer relations, and create sales reports.

To ensure success as a sales and marketing officer, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, an exceptional S&M officer should have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and designing/implementing marketing plans for service industry.
  • Manage social media accounts, create and promote effective content including text posts, video and images in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy
  • Coordinate with media representatives and sponsors.
  • Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales/marketing strategies.
  • Creating and presenting sales/marketing performance reports.
  • Providing insight into service offerings, development and competitive positioning.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Interacting with clients and dealing with clients' enquiries
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as sales and marketing officer or similar role.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques, commercial trends and strategies
  • High-level and effective oral and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing content creation skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and detail-oriented
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
