Part-Time Production Cook

The Production Cook is responsible for preparing proteins and other foods for restaurant operations. 

Responsibilities:
  1. Receives and fulfills orders placed by Hospitality for large volume foods
  2. Prepare large volumes of proteins, seasonings, sauces, etc. for restaurant
  3. Follow Proprietary Recipes, prep, season, and cook meats, fish, sauces etc.
  4. Request grocery items prior to shift to fulfill Cook Orders
  5. Keeps cooking and prep area clean meeting Health and Safety standards.
Requirements:
  1. Valid Food Handler’s permit
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in a food environment.
  3. Must have own cutting and pealing tools, apron, and hat/hairnet
  4. Culinary training is an asset. 
  5. Reading and basic Mathematics is required.
