Technical Advisor- Telecommunications Our client needs trusted Technical Advisors who has Telecommunication Tech support experience who can transfer the passion they have for our products to our customers matching their specific needs and requirements. The Advocate is driven to explore and deliver creative and high-impact solutions in a professional manner to enhance the customer’s experience. You will work In-Office and also Work from Home as required by our client.
Tech Advisors Must Be:
A Critical Thinker
Minimum of three (3) CXC/GCE subjects (Including English Language and a Math Subject (Account /POB) City and Guilds Math and English also accepted or HEART Level-II Customer Service-related certificate;
Must have a minimum of 6 months Telecommunications or Tier 2 Tech Support experience;
Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent relationship building and rebuttal skills;
Must have the flexibility to work at home if needed;
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong active listening skills, ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver appropriate value-added recommendations for products/services that will solve customer problems;
Familiarity with resolving mobile and wireless technology challenges;
Flexibility to work any shift within a 24-hour period, including day and/or night hours & weekends including holidays.
