Business Development Specialist- Lead Generator (WFH)

Business Development Specialist- Lead Generator (WFH)
The Business Development Specialist (Lead Generator) will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook. In addition, the Lead Generator will convert outbound dialing leads into qualified appointments, and pass these leads on to the relevant person to make sure that the guest will have the best possible experience.
 
Key Accountabilities
  • To act as an ambassador for the business and promote the center and its products;
  • To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided;
  • To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors;
  • To convert the calls to new business leads;
  • To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided;
  • To inform potential clients on the company’s products and services;
  • To use company databases to gain potential leads;
  • To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business;
  • To input and maintain guest information onto the company database;
  • To build relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values;
  • To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept;
  • To assist with other departments as required.
  
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales with B2B clients is preferred;
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated;
  • Work proactively and under your own initiative;
  • A proven track record with Cold Calling;
  • Confident and professional phone manner;
  • Minimum of five (5) subjects;
  • Active Listener;
  • Clear and articulate speaker.
