Customer Service Advisor-Social Media Moderation
We are looking for Customer Service Advisor-Social Media Moderation to provide day-to-day Forum moderation and Social Media monitoring, as well as email support for customers.  This role requires excellent communication skills.
This is a Work From Home position; all applicants must have a secure, internet-enabled, environment, and can pass all required security checks.
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships;
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new updates, issues and resolutions;
  • Flexible in schedule – Must be okay to work any shift in a 24/7 period, including weekends;
  • Multi-tasks effectively (can handle multiple customer conversations/channels simultaneously);
  • Quickly identifies issues and customer pain points;
  • Understands tone of written conversations, including trigger statements.
 
Requirements
  • 2-4 years as a frontline agent in an international email/chat process;
  • Chat experience is preferred;
  • Proven experience in Social Media and Forum Moderation;
  • Proven experience in customer support;
  • Previous experience in script free chat and email process;
  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms;
  • Beginner to intermediate level of familiarity with videogames either mobile, PC or Game Console is preferred;
  • Must have stable home internet;
  • Must be flexible to work any 5 days of the week;
  • Must be open and available to work any given shift in a 24hr period.
