Customer Service Advisor-Social Media Moderation
We are looking for Customer Service Advisor-Social Media Moderation to provide day-to-day Forum moderation and Social Media monitoring, as well as email support for customers. This role requires excellent communication skills.
This is a Work From Home

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships;
- Willingness to keep abreast of new updates, issues and resolutions;
- Flexible in schedule – Must be okay to work any shift in a 24/7 period, including weekends;
- Multi-tasks effectively (can handle multiple customer conversations/channels simultaneously);
- Quickly identifies issues and customer pain points;
- Understands tone of written conversations, including trigger statements.

- 2-4 years as a frontline agent in an international email/chat process;
- Chat experience is preferred;
- Proven experience in Social Media and Forum Moderation;
- Proven experience in customer support;
- Previous experience in script free chat and email process;
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms;
- Beginner to intermediate level of familiarity with videogames either mobile, PC or Game Console is preferred;
- Must have stable home internet;
- Must be flexible to work any 5 days of the week;
- Must be open and available to work any given shift in a 24hr period.
