Customer Service Representative
As A Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primarily responsible for answering incoming telephone calls.
- Typing general correspondence.
- Preparation of Proforma Invoices and Quotations for customers.
- Preparing purchase orders for suppliers and maintaining purchase order log.
- In-house sales of equipment and supplies sold by the company.
- Filing of purchase orders, invoices and other relevant correspondence.
- Preparation of Thank You letters to all customers.
- Keeping log of equipment on warranty.
- Receiving goods in the system.
- Submitting payment to overseas suppliers.
- Maintaining adequate stationery supplies for the office.
- Disbursing and maintaining Petty Cash.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Must be available to work on some Saturdays.
- Must be computer literate and tech-savvy.
- Must be conversant in Microsoft Suite (Word, EXCEL, Outlook).
- Sales experience is a bonus.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have an appeasing personality.
- Must be customer-focused.
