Snr Payroll Technical Compliance SME (Part-Time Contract) Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Technology this role will:
Review and design of Payroll System Reports;
Coordinate with Payroll System Developers to develop best practices and policies;
Assist with the creation of SOP and Technical Documents;
Assist Developers in Designing a General Ledger System;
Assists with all other system development functions as needed.
Jamaican Payroll Software development experience required;
Minimum (2) years experience in a similar position;
Strong motivational drive and initiative;
Expertise in system design and implementation, and the ability to adapt to change under pressure;
Local Payroll Tax Compliance experience required;
A highly collaborative approach to work, and the personal integrity to support your team’s interests;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data software programs;
Experience in Local and international payroll systems.
