Chief Executive Officer

Our client has strong future ahead with aggressive growth plans in various industry verticals that it caters to.
 
They have built expertise focusing on Customer Experience Management, Back Office Processing, Contact Centers, Data Analytics, Digital and Interactive Solutions and HR Solutions. Today, they partner with 190 of the world’s top brands for core BPM services and 600+ payroll processing clients. The global delivery network serves international customers both onshore and offshore to drive efficiencies and delivering customer delight.
 
This is a position that reports directly to a member of the Global executive committee having direct responsibility for the P&L of the geography.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth in the Island.
  • Manage and motivate the clients to be the promoter of the brand by delivering exceptional value and experience.
  • Leadership qualities that will shine thru the employee engagement initiatives to achieve the multiple objectives including reduced overall attrition, high performing leadership development with adequate bench strength and exceptional employee experience.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, customer accountability, and achievement of metrics operational excellence
  • Partner with global and local leaders to grow and sustain the Company
  • Act as the Company’s figure head attending industry events and public forums
  • To give back to the society in a reasonable and value enhancing manner which promotes a sense of well being and good social citizenry.
 

Essential Functions:

  •  Participate in organizational development of plans to set clear priorities, develop strategies and meet goals – be a strategic partner
  • Drive profitability via calculated strategies that ensure increased margins
  • Performance management through alignment of goals with the aspirational needs of employees
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends to assist senior executives and Board
  • Develop creative and cost-effective solutions to meet business challenges working collaboratively and cascading best practices throughout the organization
  • Have deep insight on the current market trends to provide necessary and required competitive information for contracting, business development, and strengthening of the Corporate brand
  • Have an excellent working relationship with external stakeholders (opinion leaders, government officials, law enforcement etc.,)  
  • Develop long range vision for the GEO, get the required buy in and execute it.
 

Requirements:

  • 10 years’ experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, and minimum 3 years at the Executive Level.
  • Strong financial acumen to manage annual budgets, perform risk analysis and provide sound advice to the Board of Directors.
  • Passion for Client success coupled with a passion for problem solving and relationship building
  • A track record of strategic goal achievement across organizations.
  • Experience managing services operations of at least USD 50 Million per annum.
  • Experience managing operations in the Caribbean region; familiarity with the labour market of developing countries. Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
