Collections Trainer

We are searching for an excellent Collections Trainer to join our company. This is a new and exciting opportunity to be a part of a professional firm with a dynamic and talented team of collectors collecting on various debts out of the US.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five(5) Years experience in Collections Supervisory or Management.
  • Knowledge of high volume collections procedures and practices.
  • Ability to motivate, coach and train.


Responsibilities
  • Train debt collection agents on controlling collection calls better & follow a successful debt collection process.
  • Empower debt collectors with best practice debt collection techniques.
  • Increase your agents debt collection rate.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, as well as organizational skills.
