Sales Representative

Caribbean HR Solutions is the Caribbean's premier HR Outsourcing company specializing in Executive Search, Recruiting, HRO, and Payroll services. On behalf of our client, we are seeking to identify qualified candidates to fill the role of Sales Representative.

Job Scope
The Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound digital marketing leads and targeted outreach activity into new B2B clients, while also driving selective local business development across Kingston. The role focuses on selling Employer of Record (EOR), HR, recruitment, payroll, and related professional services to small and mid-sized businesses. This position suits an experienced, execution-focused sales professional who can independently manage opportunities while collaborating closely with a remote team.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to pre-qualified inbound leads generated by digital marketing campaigns, in line with defined service-level agreements
  • Conduct structured outreach to purchased and sourced prospect lists
  • Run discovery calls and meetings to assess client needs across EOR, HR, recruitment, payroll, and professional services
  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings with Kingston-based businesses
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, networking forums, and association meetings
  • Recommend relevant events, venues, and industry groups for business development activity
  • Follow up on all leads generated from events, associations, and approved business lists
  • Fully manage leads, activities, and pipeline data within the Zoho CRM system
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistent pipeline updates


Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Three to five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in services or professional services
  • Strong knowledge of the Kingston business environment and commercial landscape
  • Proven ability to engage business owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while remaining highly engaged with a distributed team
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and presentation skills
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and reliable
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable being visible and accountable in a remote team setting.
