Executive Recruiter

Job Scope
The Executive Recruiter’s main responsibility is to research, identify, headhunt, screen and submit suitable candidates for our clients’ open roles. The incumbent will work closely with the Recruiting Manager to review and meet all client needs and expectations by sourcing the desired profile needed to fill each role.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source, identify, and headhunt suitable candidates as per client criteria;
  • Research and connect with potential candidates through multimedia sources;
  • Network with and maintain a professional recruiting relationship with candidates from various industries;
  • Attend various industry-related networking events when needed;
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment;
  • Efficiently use the ATS and other relevant tools to manage the entire recruitment process;
  • Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems;
  • Participate in client intake calls and work closely with client hiring managers to identify the most suitable candidates;
  • Manage client and candidate relationships to ensure clients are satisfied, and candidates experience a smooth and professional recruiting process;
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires;
  • Ability to conduct structured interviews that assess skills, competencies and cultural fit.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven work experience in a similar role;
  • Experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies;
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or HR or equivalent combination of experience and education;
  • Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews;
  • Prior experience with headhunting and recruiting at the executive level;
  • Strong working knowledge of a company-wide recruitment database system, internet, HRIS system, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
