Recruiting Manager

Job Scope
The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent for our organization and our clients. This role requires expertise in executive-level recruiting, as well as the ability to mentor and develop recruiting staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead executive-level recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for key leadership positions within the organization;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive-level candidates and industry professionals to build a talent pipeline;
  • Collaborate with clients’ hiring managers and senior leadership to understand organizational needs and develop strategic recruiting plans;
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing leadership guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of recruitment strategies;
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to recruiters to enhance their skills and performance;
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
  • Utilize recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, analyze recruitment metrics, and prepare reports for leadership;
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency;
  • Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge in the market;
  • Develop strategies to increase prospect engagement and lead outreach campaigns;
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure contract execution;
  • Promptly address all escalations from clients and settle disputes as efficiently as possible;
  • Develop and deliver training programs for recruiters to enhance their sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills;
  • Understand market trends, and stay current on changes in the local, regional and international market.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on executive-level hiring;
  • At least three (3) years of previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role;
  • Experience in recruiting prospects from international markets, and at senior and C-suite levels;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or HR-related field;
  • Proficiency in recruiting technology and ATS platforms;
  • Has an established network of contacts across industries ideally at various levels;
  • Well-versed in assessment tools including skills testing, psychometric evaluations, and leadership assessments.
